Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3 business days of purchase. During high-volume periods (like launch week), processing may take a bit longer — we'll do our best to keep you posted.

Shipping Rates & Methods
We ship via USPS. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination and may be fulfilled via First-Class Mail or USPS Ground Advantage depending on order size. International shipping is available but may take increased time for delivery.

Delivery Estimates
Estimated delivery times depend on your location and USPS service levels and are not guaranteed. Albatross Magazine LLC is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs, weather, or other events outside our control.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information (where available).

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, email us at submit@albies.golf with your order number and we'll do our best to make it right — whether that's a replacement or a refund, evaluated case by case.

Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address, though we'll try to help however we can if you catch it quickly — email us right away.
